Many skinny guys are struggling at gaining weight. Most of them couldn’t gain weight no matter how hard they tried. The genes they inherit from their parents can affect body type. Gaining weight is a tough task to do. In order to have good body shape, you need to gain weight in a healthy way. I used to be a skinny guy before and I know how hard it is to gain weight and build muscle mass at the same time. After several weeks of hard work, my body changed completely.
